This couple went the thermography route, which is a good route to go if you don't need a whole bunch of colors on one page.

For those not in The Business, thermography is an economical alternative to engraving. Basically, a liquid is laid down where the ink should be, it's covered in powder, excess powder is gotten rid of, and the remaining powder is heated until it melts and raises, forming the textured letters that you see here. A similar DIY version is "heat embossing", but thermography doesn't warp the paper, and is done with a machine instead of by hand.
